Lucyna

As a writer I am influenced by the variety of places I have lived over the course of my life. From the sand dunes of Abu Dhabi, to the incessant rain of Newcastle, to the ethereal mountains of Leysin my writing is peppered with stories of people I’ve met, and spiced with adventure, vulnerability, and hopefully a little humour.

As an educator turned creative focusing on helping individuals find balance through events, retreats, workshops and 1-on-1 sessions. Majority of my work combines writing and bibliotherapy, with movement and time spent passionately outdoors.

As a mental preparation coach I am influenced by simplicity and intuition. As an avid over-thinker myself I strive to discover new ways to bring balance and harmony into my life, with a mix of science and intuition. Over the years I have worked with individuals who are looking to move away from imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs, a numb intuition, and lack of confidence and towards a more balanced life.

As a trainer I am influenced by different types of movement and approaches to fitness. I think each person is unique and requires a bespoke (read personalised) approach to their wellness journey. This is why I am a firm believer of empowering through education and co-creating with my clients plans that fit their lifestyle and life.
